Specialization
Daniel is a specialist in contract and liability law and litigation. In addition to these specializations, Daniël also has extensive experience in complex proceedings concerning directors’ liability.
Background
Daniël studied private law and corporate law at the University of Amsterdam and the University of Utrecht. During his studies, Daniel’s positions included clerk at the Amsterdam District Court. In 2014, he started working as a lawyer at DVDW Advocaten. In 2019 he completed a specialization program at the Grotius Academy focusing on contract law, among other things.
