Specialization
Yvonne is an attorney specializing in commercial lease law and real estate law. She focuses primarily on commercial lease law, construction contracts, construction disputes, and the purchase and sale of real estate. When necessary, she represents clients in court or on appeal before the court of appeals.
Background
Yvonne studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she earned her master’s degrees in business law and private law. After completing her studies, she began her career at a housing association, where her specialization in lease law developed naturally. Yvonne then worked for over eleven years at LVH Advocaten, where she focused on real estate law. In 2020, she completed the Grotius specialization program in Real Estate Law with honors.
